One of the most demanding jobs on the railroad was the brakeman, whose duties were often dangerous and the days were long. Our Brakeman cookie starts as a traditional butterscotch oatmeal cookie, but is then boosted with salted caramel and pretzel pieces. It’s a unique sweet-and-salty combination that would fuel any modern-day adventure, without having to take a “break”.
