Orders and Shipping
You can order Snugglecubs Cookies online or via phone. To place an order by phone, call 505-347-3591. To place an order online, visit snugglecubscookies.com, select your product(s) and amount using the drop down box, select “Add to Cart” and proceed through the Checkout process to place your order. Local customers (within Albuquerque, NM) with large orders (over 48 cookies to one location) can email us at contact@snugglecubscookies.com and can arrange for local delivery for an additional fee.
Snugglecubs Cookies never adds additional handling fees to the shipping charges. You pay what the carrier charges us. Weather, holidays surges, and unforeseen circumstances can delay your shipment. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least 1 business day before your desired usage date to allow for any delays. Snugglecubs Cookies is not responsible for missing or wrong address deliveries sent through the USPS system.
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Some orders (depending on the carrier method and location) may be delivered on a Saturday.
When will my order be delivered?We use shipping options that typically will not keep cookies in transit for more than 2-3 days. Most orders are delivered Tuesday through Friday.
Where is my order?
You will receive a ship notification email with a tracking number for your package. The tracking number provides an estimated delivery date.
Who is your preferred carrier for shipments?
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We use shipping options that will not typically keep cookies in transit more than 2-3 days.

What is the size of a Snugglecubs Cookie?
Each cookie is approximately 3 ¼ “in diameter and one inch thick. Each Snugglecubs Cookie weighs in at three ounces after baking. Each Snugglecubs Cookie is equal to about three “standard” cookies!
Where are Snugglecubs Cookies made?
Snugglecubs Cookies are made in a commercial kitchen in the beautiful high desert of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The kitchen conforms to requirements of the City of Albuquerque Environmental Health Department and is inspected regularly.
Cookie Freshness and Storage
How long will Snugglecubs Cookies remain fresh?
Our cookies have a shelf life of about ten days when in an airtight packaging (if they last that long!).
How should I store the cookies that I don’t eat immediately?
Snugglecubs Cookies contain no added chemical preservatives and are best when consumed within a day or two of when you receive them. If that is not possible, we recommend that you freeze the cookies in their original wrapper in an airtight bag for future consumption. Once you are ready to wake a Snugglecubs Cookie from its “hibernation”, completely thaw, remove the cookie from the wrapper and microwave for 10-15 seconds. Adjust reheating time accordingly depending on the wattage of the microwave.

Do Snugglecubs Cookies contain nuts?
Some varieties of Snugglecubs Cookies contain nuts. Also, our cookies are produced on shared equipment with milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soy.

Do you have gluten-free cookies?
Snugglecubs Cookies offers a gluten-free version (the "Downtown") of their chocolate chip cookie that is nearly identical in appearance, taste and texture. Please keep in mind that Snugglecubs Cookies’ Gluten-Free Cookies are made in the same bakery where wheat products are also processed and cannot ensure that cross contamination will never occur.
